SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

By opting into Green Llama's SMS program, you agree to receive automated transactional and informational text messages (e.g., system alerts, account updates, and verification codes) from Green Llama at the mobile number provided at sign-up.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and system settings. You may receive messages depending on your specific usage of the GLerp platform.

3. Cost and Carriers

Green Llama does not charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Supported carriers include all major U.S. and Canadian wireless providers. Green Llama and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out and Help

• To Unsubscribe: Reply STOP to any message from Green Llama to cancel. You will receive one final text message confirming your opt-out.
• For Support: Reply HELP to any message for more information, or email support@greenllama.tech.

5. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will be handled in accordance with the Green Llama Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Client Responsibility

If you are a business user integrating your own messaging services through GLerp, you are solely responsible for obtaining proper legal consent from your end-users in compliance with the TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
