- Export your data at any time using built-in tools
- If you cancel, you have a 90-day grace period to export your data
- After 90 days following termination, Green Llama will permanently purge your data from active systems
- Additional data migration assistance may be available as a paid service if needed
The Founding Client Program is designed for small businesses with up to approximately 10 employees. As your business grows, additional capabilities may be available through optional service plans — including advanced integrations, AI-powered services, messaging capabilities, and specialized deployment requirements.

We believe pricing should be transparent, predictable, and sustainable for small businesses. Founding Clients will receive advance notice of any future pricing changes and will be offered preferred transition options before any adjustments take effect.
Green Llama intends to introduce a standardized pricing model as GLerp matures. Founding clients are expected to remain within a pricing range comparable to other small business ERP and operational platforms.
